The hotel is situated in a great location, very close to the main attractions and the kasbah area. You'll be greeted with a near constant stream of tea, making your stay even better. the rooms are clean and spacious, with well-equipped bathrooms. the staff is always courteous and helpful, making sure you have a comfortable experience. Breakfast is served fresh with a variety of food options. Plus, you can enjoy facilities like a beautiful garden or a pool for a relaxing holiday.
Some guests have reported issues with noise or smoking, making it slightly inconvenient for non-smokers or early sleepers.

The hotel was in a good location for the old and new town. The staff were friendly and helpful and facilities were good The pool was essential for respite against the heat of the city and was well used. The hotel was, as they cliche says, 'an oasis of calm.' Like all the riads, it is an alley off a larger road, but easy to find once you know the road.
There was a charge of 10% for using a credit card which I did not know about until I was settling up at the end of the stay.

A lovely traditional riad, a haven of tranquility in a very busy local area of the medina. The staff were paricularly friendly and always helpfull and curteous. Individually decorated rooms, comfortable and clean. They helped with our cases to and from the airport transfer drop- off point which was a couple of minutes walk from the riad, as the lane was too narrow for our taxi. Mint tea and pastries on our arrival was a nice touch. Alcohol also available at a reasonable cost. Nice continental breakfast served by the small pool, which was an additional bonus at such a small riad. The riad is located right in the middle of the old medina, with all the sights, sounds (and smells) you would expect. But we loved the experience and made us appreciate what we have back home in the uk. We always felt very safe walking back through the medina late at night.
Nothing really, it was better than we expected and good value. Ok, so one small winge was the lack of a door or partition between the bedroom and bathroom (Jasmin). Not really a big problem for us, but occasionally it is nice to have a bit of privacy and some visitors may not like it. Our friends room had a small screen, so no problem for them.

Small, intimate, very quiet, beautifully-designed riad very close to the Souks and the smells and sounds, life and soul of this wonderful city. Tiny but delightful bedroom and bathroom, good breakfast. Very helpful, English-speaking female Manager.
Friendly staff but unclear communication. On arrival it would be good to be given information as to who can make reservations for trips/restaurants etc, I.E. The Manager. We had a problem with someone in the Riad not making a reservation on our behalf but this probably would have been done correctly if we had known at that time who the Manager was!.

We found the Riad to be very relaxing and welcoming place to return to after a busy day in the markets and sights of Marrakech. The staff were very helpful and friendly and could not do enough for you,we were offered food, drink and a massage if needed although we only took the option of food and drink which was very nice and well served.Breakfast was a good start to the day being a good mix of moroccan and continental, the evening meal we had on the first day was most enjoyable,we had tangines of various kinds. The terrace sun beds and covered seating area were a comfortable and a quiet retreat in the afternoon and early evening. Each of the bedrooms we had were comfortable and well appointed, the air conditioning was helpful at times, some of our party would have preferred a door on the bathroom entrance(we had a fringe curtain) but it all added to the experience. Our overall impression was that it was an oasis in the middle of a typical marrakech backstreet.
The only thing was our initial impression on walking to the Riad, which was the immediate experience of the marrakech backstreet life,it was a bit of a culture shock but you get used to it and it added a great deal to the whole experince

well positioned in lively area within easy walking distance of all the sights. An oasis of tranquility in the hubub that is Marrakech. Delightful staff and we really enjoyed the good breakfast in the calm atmosphere around the pool.
we could not make the front door key work - but staff were always on hand to open the door with a welcoming smile.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently and it was a truly exceptional experience! The location was fantastic, being within walking distance of all the major attractions. The hotel also offered a convenient pickup service from the airport, which made our arrival hassle-free. The moment I stepped inside, I was immediately struck by the peaceful and charming atmosphere. The communal areas were beautifully decorated and created a soothing ambience that provided a welcome escape from the bustling streets outside. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were always available to assist with any request and provided a personal touch that made our stay truly special.
I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends. It exceeded all my expectations and provided a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had an exceptional stay at Riad Du Petit Prince. The riad organized a hotel pick up for us, ensuring a safe and hassle-free arrival. The meals were excellent and they even provided us with a map of the area. The riad also helped arrange a memorable trip to the Sahara, keeping our luggage safe during the excursion. The staff, especially Adnane, was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. The riad itself is a beautiful and tranquil oasis in the bustling city. I highly recommend this hotel.

The manageress and the staff were friendly and made me feel very welcome. Although there is not a restaurant, meals when ordered were excellent.
The fact that the staff, apart from the manageress, do not speak English and that my French is negligible caused a few problems.
